It is a recently built room of over 22sqm made with ecological materials, its walls as well as the roof are made of wood and its special insulation makes it a cool room in summer and welcoming in winter. The large corner window allows you to receive a large amount of natural light, and being located on the second floor and away from the kitchen we decided to equip this room with a small corner bar.
Our guests, in the morning can prepare a tasty coffee or a cappuccino, but also a tea thanks to the kettle provided and reach the kitchen to take what they prefer from the buffet, with the mini fridge they can also always have fresh drinks or keep them at their best. they prefer.
For breakfast, the room is equipped with an internal table, or if they prefer our guests can go to the private balcony, where they will also find a small table there to have breakfast or even a lunch.
Equipped with a comfortable and large shower tray in the bathroom, this room has been designed to offer all the comforts that go far beyond the normal amenities of a b & b. The room is in fact equipped and free of charge with air conditioning, WiFi, Smart TV and private bathroom.

The room can accommodate up to a maximum of 3 people.
• Breakfast at the bar, a redeemable voucher will be issued for a bar located 100 meters away from the hotel. Guests will still have the opportunity to use the breakfast area when they wake up to have a coffee and consume packaged products, and then go to the bar and take advantage of the voucher
