It is always difficult to describe yourself to involve your guests, we have lived in this house for years, until one day we decided to use a part of it to be used for visitors’ stays. This is how we started the B&B Villa Lilla in San Benedetto del Tronto, a semi-detached house totally managed by our family and which opened its doors in early 2020. This is us, Antonella and Antonio, parents of Lorenzo and Marco together with the inevitable supervision of dad Luciano.

Our B&B has been completely renovated before opening and each room is equipped with air conditioning, Smart TV, private bathroom, free Wi-Fi, private terrace complete with table and chairs for moments of relaxation and appetite.

The property is located 600 meters from the sea shore and exactly 1 km from the center of San Benedetto del Tronto, which means that due to the location of the area, the perfect location of the B&B allows you to reach these two main destinations. even on foot and effortlessly.
Furthermore, in case of need, the structure is located just 400 meters from the private clinic Villa Anna and 1.5 km from the Madonna del Soccorso Civil Hospital.

If you wish to take the car, know that in front of and at the side of the entrance to the house, you can take advantage of a double free parking for your car and that if you want, we provide our guests with free bicycles, but also seats and strollers for younger guests.

Do not miss the garden, where you can have lunch or dinner without problems and where, during your stay, we will offer you a Neapolitan pizza themed evening cooked directly in our wood oven.
